We work with pre-revenue and early-sales companies. Start with a free review of the plan you have now.
1. Commercial Plan Review, free of charge
A 60-minute session on your existing plan or pitch deck, which you send us in advance. Afterwards you receive a short written list of the three to five biggest gaps. One review per company, for startups with a CE-marked device or one close to it.
2. Scale-up Plan
How do we turn a working product or early sales into a European business that investors will fund? You get the target markets and the order to enter them; the reimbursement and procurement route in each; a channel model; a sales forecast with the team and budget it needs; milestones for the next 12 to 24 months; and a version written for investors and grant applications. Usually timed to a funding round or a grant deadline.
3. After funding
When the money is in place, we help you carry out the plan: a Market Entry Snapshot for each new country, Distributor Search and Selection, or an Interim Commercial Lead until you hire your own team.

Our plans are built to be used in EIC Accelerator and Business Finland applications. We provide the commercial part, not the full application.
